Meghan Markle Pushes Ahead With Ambitious Plans Despite Prince Harry’s Concerns

Prince Harry appears to be juggling multiple challenges, while Meghan Markle is focused on a major goal, seemingly undeterred by her husband’s warnings about the potential implications for their future.

The Duchess, founder of As Ever, which she launched last year alongside other ventures, is finalizing her 2026 plans, with the UK as her next key market. Although there has been speculation about her possible return to Britain, sources suggest she aims to make a strong business impact before stepping on British soil.

The Duke of Sussex, currently in London attending his lawsuit against Associated Newspapers Limited, publisher of the Daily Mail, gave an emotional statement in court Wednesday, describing how media coverage made Meghan’s life “miserable.”

Meanwhile, Meghan is reportedly seeking to “dominate” the UK market, aiming to offer competition to King Charles. Insiders say she is optimistic about expanding her products to a wider audience in Britain and sees the move as both strategic and personally satisfying. She even hinted at the UK push in a social media post, using the British phrase, “This is your sign to put the kettle on.”

While Harry supports Meghan’s ventures, he has expressed caution over the financial risk. “Setting up proper distribution abroad and marketing it the way she wants takes an enormous amount of cash, and Harry is very wary,” an insider told Closer. He acknowledges the “impressive” launch numbers but worries that Meghan is moving too quickly and taking significant financial risks.

Meghan, however, remains determined. “She’s absolutely convinced this is the moment to go big. She’s not dipping a toe in; she’s talking full global expansion,” the source added. She believes there is substantial potential for profit overseas, particularly in Europe and Asia, and has prepared large stocks in advance. Despite Harry urging a more cautious pace, Meghan is moving forward confidently with her plans.
